Pactly Solutions started with a small observation: the organisations most dependent on contracts are often the least equipped to manage them. Agreements live in inboxes, renewal dates live in someone's head, and invoices get chased only once the money is already late.
We're building the tool we always wished existed. Quiet, opinionated, and focused on the two things that actually matter: knowing exactly what you signed, and getting paid on time — without hiring a team to babysit it.
